I seek out these dramatic shows of nature as they reap spectacular scenes throughout the United States, turning our natural wonders into actors in a wild production. But it’s not easy. There comes a time in everyone’s life when you have to go all in. For me, that time is now and has been for a while. Since I began my journey a little over a year and a half ago as a landscape photographer, I have found myself more at home in the outdoors than under a solid roof. This is a story about one of my favorite trips to date and an experience I will remember for the rest of my life.
